- Compatible with cryogenic, thermal cycling, and inert gas purge systems

- Weld rings, threaded inserts, and support hardware brazed in-line
Assemblies are fully leak-tested and qualified using helium mass spectrometry to ensure performance across the full lifecycle—from launch pad to orbit, or lab bench to downhole tool.
Design Considerations for Extreme Pressure & Vacuum
- Material Selection: Use matched alloys to minimize distortion under vacuum and prevent creep under high pressure
- Joint Geometry: Fillets and radius transitions help reduce thermal and pressure-induced stress at braze interfaces
- Sealing Interfaces: Ceramic-to-metal and sapphire-to-metal joints for electrical isolation or optical access
- Thermal Cycling: Designs validated for resistance to embrittlement, fatigue, and CTE mismatch in repeated temperature swings
- Surface Prep: All mating surfaces are precision cleaned and deoxidized prior to brazing to reduce inclusion and porosity risk
