Applications in Hermetic Engineering
Chemical Processing Systems
Ideal for hermetic seals in acid-handling reactors, pressure vessels, and chemical delivery modules in corrosive flows.
Subsea and Marine Sealing
Highly resistant to brine, seawater, and crevice corrosion in marine instrumentation, submersible connectors, and housings.
Emission & Gas Scrubber Systems
Deployed in vacuum flanges, brazed scrubber units, and acid gas feedthroughs exposed to SOx, NOx, and halides.
Nuclear & Power Applications
Used in sealed reactor controls and high-purity systems that demand resistance to radiation and high temperatures.
Pharmaceutical Equipment
Hermetically seals process sensors and housings exposed to sterilizing agents, clean-in-place (CIP) cycles, and acidic agents.
High-Pressure Feedthroughs
Engineered for brazed assemblies in aggressive chemical media and thermally cycled process interfaces.
